Did you read what carbon said? It's not allowed to change your name anymore, only if you are accepted in a clan, then you are allowed to ask for a shiftname. So you can forget about that namechange.. Sorry mate.

Changename is still in use I'm pretty sure... I quite remember cb saying that it will go out of use in some time as people need time to figure out their name they're going to use.. imo if it's still there you can use it...shiftname is still available for admins and since I last chekced so is /changename for players.
