[SOLVED!] SA:MP Servers Not Showing ( Can't login)

Hi... it's meh again!!
So... i recovered my PC Last night , ran SAMP last night , works fine , played all day today and works, went for my dinner bout 1 hour ago , Opened SAMP , 'Updating Master Server List' None show up :O i tried on official, internet and hosted. I reinstalled SAMP and restarted my PC , I checked my antivirus and added SAMP and SA to my own safe files , and they were not blocked or anything :|
Is SAMP down or what?
