dude from what i hear your members come to SF fire a few shots then drive off then Gvardia gets health and goes for them ONLY if there is 3 of your members online or more

and i don't think it every 10 mins i am returning tommrow and if i see it happen i will speak with the ppl that attacked you

As long as the no return rule is not broken, it is allowed.

You'd have to ask the main admins about that.

Then you should have reported them for deathmatching to a different admin or using /report.

You do not complain that "the server allows new people to join" and as such "these people DM sometimes", do you?
The rule is not the issue, the issue here is clearly which group attacks without a validation.

At the moment, you are still validated. The only rules governing your engagements are the no return rule and your own policies that you are to agree privately with the leaders of Gvardia.
Breaking either will lead their opponent to break the validation, I would imagine.

The system is self-governing. If your group is not well organised enough to self-govern then do not use the validations system.

Panda Lets forget about the 3 first points, lets talk about the last one, since its the one related to this topic, And stop telling me that i should report them for deathmatching, They no Validation, then and they attacked us with Eug Leading the whole Team! When we Reported we got kicked for False Accusations By Eugene Himself!

lol you are pathetic, you try to find some dirt on me and make it public.  

this is a complete moan topic, if u say i rule break so much and DM, then why dont you stop doing that yourself,
i dont usualy moan and talk about this kind of stuff on forum, but since u started it, i can give u it.

For example, when all of your ESL gang got killed by Gvardia and Diablos including you, 5mins later u got armour+weapons, got ur guys ready and came back to Diablos hood where u died, and started shooting them again, I came online, heard about it, and froze you to talk why u came back after death. Then u started acting like a kid screaming 'OMG OMG EUGENE ABUSING AGAIN', so i called pancher, he talked to you, he said to admins in /a that this can just be a verbal warning. then I said okay, and went off, then 5mins later someone comes calling me on msn to get IG. i come IG and see u came to Diablos hood and killed their leader, even after Pancher told you not to do it, so i do /admins to see if pancher is online, and guess what, he is not online, you took advantage, saw that Pancher went offline, and u went and attacked diablos.

And stop the damn crying and moaning that Gvardia keeps killing ur members all the time. you are the one who started it. How this WHOLE things started is when your gang shot down Playa_Gvardia at GS9, so stop the crying that you dont want RP with mafia, and u never shot anyone. and after i declared you enemies, I see all the time your little members attacking Gvardia, but i dont mind, and i dont cry on forums about it like you. So why dont you grow up, suck it up and be a man for once.

you are trying to show everyone how bad Gvardia is. well i dont see Gvardia members moaning in main chat after someoen got killed, unlike your member going crazy in main chat 'OMG WHATA f**k YOU FUCCKING PRICKS DMERS, LET ME RP FOR ONE SECOND!'. then calling me abuser for warning you for caps and flaming.

And like panda said, its NOT the the system failure, its your own failure. If you cant take the heat then get the f*** outta the kitchen.

DrDre shoots my member, then starts running to SF. I got my team ready, then started following DrDre to SF. we come there, i screem something in /s to make it look more like RP, and we kill yuo..

I dont see what is so DM about that...

and then when DrDre reports me for DMing, after he gets killed by us for shooting at Gvardia 5mins before, yes i kick him for false report. nothing wrong with that.

 When I recently ventured back into Argonath, one of the first things I saw, was the admins arguing with each other over gang wars. This is completely ridiculous. As far as I can work out, this gang war thing is just an excuse to DM. It offers players no reason to incorporate in depth gang RP, because they know they can get away with just shooting instead.

  Without the gang DM rule (or whatever it is), gangs had to be careful who and why they attacked. At least this was RP related attacks, or they could end up in court or whatever. Or at least, that's how I remember it. If you don't agree, maybe your gang should smarten up a little.

  From what I read on this topic, all the supporters are just provoking personal attacks, dismissing any point with 'moaner' etc.

 Get real guys. If it's a trial idea, you should concentrate on the negative feedback as much as the positive.
