Illegal in the UK.

Road Traffic Act.

Don't ride it on UK roads as it will be seized and crushed. You will also be fined £120 (I think).

I do own one. Or, I did own one, but I sold it. But my brother owns one too, which isn't sold. A green one, a little bit like the one you got, but some panels missing to make it look like the model you got. Works, but you have to drag in the "starter" a couple of times before it starts, and you cannot push the pedal to the metal. Not full that'll say, but you can be 1 mm from pushing it to full. Done 70 km/h with high gas.

In Sweden you can drive those but in private and enclosure areas, not on roads that'll say.
They are fun, but it's a shame it isn't allowed - that's why we're like never using it.
