Paolini House Massacre - 12 October 1998, 23:17CET

Location: 7881 Obsidian Street, Middle Park East, Liberty City

Victims:
Andre Paolini - Father. Found dead with plastic bag over the head, pulled tightly to prevent breathing. Multiple stab wound on both arms. Wounds indicate struggle.
Angelica Paolini - Mother. Found dead with multiple stab wounds on both sides of the torso. Wounds indicate struggle.
Fabrizio Paolini - Son. Found dead with shotgun blow to the head. No signs of struggle.
Tancredi Paolini - Son. Found dead with multiple shotgun wounds. No signs of struggle.
Julia Paolini - Daughter. Found dead outside, wounds indicate falling. Wounds and limb damage indicate struggle, thrown.
Candim Karkaroff - Chef. - Found dead with a knife wound on the throat. Slit.
Stella Fisher - Maid. - Found dead with a broken neck. Twisted.
Mercutio Paolini - Son. Missing from the scene.

Reports:
LCPD Officer Bellic, Roman was the first to arrive at the scene to respond to a 911 call which sounded like a teenage boy crying for help. "All the other officers said it was probably a cheap prank call from a scruffy teenager, but I thought the cries were pretty intense so I acted immediately." -quote from Officer Roman Bellic.

Officer Bellic described the scene to be phenomenally bloody. Full description as follows.
"The murderer had no other intention but to massacre the whole family. It is obvious from the way they were killed that killing was his main objective. Valuable objects such as diamonds, paintings, and even the money inside the safe deposit box was still in place. The man only wanted the whole family dead. I asked a the neighbors whether or not they had any idea on who's behind this, they seem to blame each other as all of them had personal problems with the Paolini family. Because of that we have more than 20 possible suspects, all neighbors of the Paolini house."

Two hours after the police scoured the area, Officer Bellic was informed that a member of the family is missing from the scene, the youngest sibling. Bellic responded:
"I feel responsible for not being there quick enough to prevent this. That boy needs someone to take care of him and I will do whatever it is I need to do to find him and to find someone to take care of him, even if it has to be me."

Seven hours after, radio reports that Officer Bellic found the missing child, who is confirmed to be the caller mentioned earlier. Radio message was clear:
"This is Officer Bellic. I found the missing child, he seems to be in shock but doesn't look hurt. --Standby. --I'm bringing him in."

As of January 1999, after a series of court cases, Officer Roman Bellic adopted Mercutio Paolini as his son and retired from police duty. Arguments and questions were raised focusing mainly on the fact that Roman, aged 29 was not fit to adopt a 15-year old boy. Conditions and whereabouts of both Roman Bellic and Mercutio Paolini have not been heard since."

Victim:
Tony "Packy" McStarson AKA "The Butcher" - Head of "The Company". Found dead behind government building, crucified. Both hands and feet impaled to a wall. Left to bleed to death.

Reports:
A citizen found the body impaled to a wall, it seems he recorded the whole thing on tape. Unfortunately, the video went dead due to water damage from the rain, only audio is available.

Packy: "Aye Merc, I am giving you full control of The Company, with twenty percent of my current profit."
Mercutio: "You think I'm a f***ing idiot? Twenty percent will leave me struggling, The Company will fall, you just want to leave with all the money you can because you can't handle this anymore!"
Packy: "You better show some respect you little-- AAH! You pr*ck! My leg!"
Mercutio: "If you can't handle The Company, then I'll take charge with ALL your money!"
Roman: "Merc! Stop...I have a much better way to take care of this asshole."
Packy: "No..please--Ugh!"
Roman: "Get those nails I brought with me, stick his body to that wall."

Mercutio: "I'm going to make changes Roman. The Company will rise again."
Roman: "As always, I'll be there with you."
Mercutio: "Hey..HEY! YOU! With the camera!"

Mercutio: "Roman no! Don't destroy the camera!"
Mercutio: *talks to the camera* "Listen up all of you, if you find this tape I just want you to know:

"We have eyes on every corner, we have ears listening to every f***ing sh*t you talk about! We lurk in your bedroom, we follow you in daylight, we know every step you make, every move you take! We're here to give new meaning to the word "privacy", think you have any? Think again!

The Company is back, we'll paint this town red. With suits, a gun on one hand, and a smile on our faces."

Police conclusion:
Mercutio Paolini seems to be brought up by anger and fear from his past experience, plunging him into a world of violence, bringing his caretaker Roman Bellic with him.
Through the conversation above, Mercutio Paolini and Roman Bellic should be assumed to be the new leaders of The Company. Tony McStarson is to be removed from the Most Wanted list, Mercutio Paolini and Roman Bellic are now top of our hitlist."

The Company Member Benefits

Members of The Company will enjoy the full hospitality and facilities of our Company Building - The Acropolis.

Members will enjoy the hospitality of our office building The Acropolis, as they will be welcomed by a grand entrance, with modern feature colors, and very futuristic design. They will be able to stay in a variety of rooms, which are located in the main hallway right after the entrance. Members will be able to use these rooms for whatever purposes - meetings, dealings, personal use, family time, a place to sleep. Members will be given a master key for these set of rooms in the main hallway.

There will be the living room/main guest room provided for members bringing in guests into The Acropolis. This room will also be used for minor meetings and negotiations. The living room can be used by members to simply chill and hang out. There are TVs and hundreds of movies provided for entertainment in that room. The office room is The Teacher and The Mentor's personal study. Access is prohibited unless given permission. This room will be used for major negotiations and dealings which involves the Teacher and Mentor themselves. Also, used as a meeting room when members are personally called upon by the Teacher and Mentor.

The Acropolis also provide entertainment and hobbies. We provide members with a recording studio, where members can simply jam or record some of their music. The studio is equipped with 10 electric guitars, 10 bass guitars, 4 acoustic guitars, 2 keyboards, a drum set, and a set of mics. All instruments have spare parts ready if anything is broken. The self service bar is open for members to mix their own drinks. Entrance to the wine cellar is located behind the counter. We have a variety of beverages strictly for our members. Next to the bar is the gaming section, where the PS3 and XBOX360 is located. More games are located at the gaming room, next to the living room, where members love to play San Andreas Multiplayer - Argonath RPG server.

We also care for our members' health and well-being, therefore we provide health facilities which are open from 04:00CET. The gym is free to be used by members. We have supplied a basketball rink, some weight-lifts, a treadmill, and many more appliances. The gym is open up until 23:00CET, therefore there will be no midnight body building - we also encourage our members to get enough sleep. The swimming pool is also free to be used by members. The swimming pool is designed for stamina laps. We encourage members to use the pool often, cardiovascular training will help in missions which involves conserving stamina. The swimming pool is also closed at 23:00CET.

Hubert lived his whole childhood as a farmer, helping out his parents. He then moves with the family to San Fierro in search of a better life. Hubert's parents got in trouble with unnamed triads, which results in their deaths - District Rangers File #290. Hubert then moves to Los Santos, where he is adopted - name of caretakers are confidential. The year 2009, Hubert gets into deep trouble with an unknown crime family - mafia. He is last seen in the vicinities of Ganton. Rumors indicate that Hubert may be in protective custody - FBI. Or, he may have changed his identity himself. Local people have said that Hubert disguises himself as an old man, but this information is yet to be confirmed. His current whereabouts or identity is unknown." PICTURE: Given from a local. "Las Venturas Police Department #971 Biography - Droopy AKA Philbert Draconis Droopy, Philbert was born in the outskirts of Las Venturas. His father works at the meat factory - supposedly a disguise for a mafia organization. Philbert's father still runs the meat factory up until February 2008, when both Philbert and his father disappeared. Philbert has history of getting involved with drug dealers, most noticeable during the year 2000. Reports, security cameras have captured Philbert and a bunch of men visiting his father's meat factory a couple of nights prior to the date they went missing. This might indicate that Philbert staged both disappearances - reasons unknown. Rumors are Philbert is part of a major crime family in Los Santos. During September 2009, a person identical to Philbert was spotted in San Fierro's Pier 69. This has not been confirmed to be Philbert, but this is the only evidence/clue we have which can lead us to solving the missing cases of Philbert and his father."
