Well for Gsrd, I looked at the evidence and I don't know about the Judge, but I certainly could not see any evidence of multiple murders.
Maybe you better double check that. I know that Gsrd is kind and a generous man, but will not respond kindly to a false accusation that you have no proof of. You know and I know, that Gsrd never murdered anyone. I'm sure he certainly does not appreciate being called a killer, and I'm sure the Judge understands this fully. And to the FBI, if you didn't yet know, when trying to prepare a legal case, don't swing accusations around like an idiot. It would be only fair, that Gsrd would deserve full compensation for these false accusations and embarrassing him in front of the court.

I would also like to understand, how you can accuse him of a bank robbery, when you have no proof of him anywhere near a bank itself. This is clearly a guess. As you can hear by the tape - Gsrd was merely joking about a bank robbery, you can notice this by the laughs. In till you actually have proof of him robbing a bank, you can not charge him of such.

I'm here writing this document and sending it to the Court,as i am a eye-witness of a Murder from Mr.Gsrd Montana. As you may know i'm working in the Vice City Police Department for a long time now and in one of my Patrols i remember very well seeing Gsrd murdering a person near to North Point Mall,Vice Point. Right after seeing this i chased him by foot and i got shot by him,he almost killed me but i took my gun and i shot him in the chest,he had no reaction so i took him to the nearest Hospital,also i had to go to the Hospital too. After this Murder and a Murder Attempt on a Officer he have been jailed but he didnt stood too much time in the Jail,after 1 Month he was free again. I remember this very well,it was around 3 and a half Months ago. If you dont believe me i got this case in my Database and i can very well write some things about it to the Court.

According to VCPD's Database, Mr. Kentonio is involved in 10 to 20% of the crimes in the Vice City state. The Money is going to be destinated to the government, that is going to Refund the Banks and the Business owners, which have been Robbed/Assaulted.

The Court/Defense may ask any VCPD/FBI/SWAT Members and Command staff to Confirm Kentonio's and/or his Partners.

The Montanas could try a takeover on Stracci, so all is possible.

Short Description of the Case:Montanas started a Shootout near Film Studio without reason,then,Officer Leonardo gets a 911 Call from the place and goes to check,coming,Eagle Montana shoots with a Uzi and a Stubby Shotgun,he got killed by Officer Leonardo with a Longe-Range Shotgun,after a little pursuit,Gsrd Montana surronded,and he accepted do a little questioning:

A Bit more about Gsrd Montana:
He was already a Officer on Other unknown City,but he got fired of the force because they catched him with drugs,after that his brother died on a manipulated plane and his father and mother died on a Gang Drive-By,after that he told me he is still searching for the assassin.

After that i checked his body and i found some cocaine and a 9mm with no clips,the cocaine and the 9mm are on Evidence Bags at VCPDHQ,after the questioning he got jailed.

Thats a proof that Gsrd have already commited a murder took from VCPD Database,there are no screens about this case because VCPD Officers doesnt chase criminals with cameras in their badges..
