James, did you do any training beforehand whilst in ALS?

  Also, if you belong to a group you should seek permission from that group leader. As the rules of ALS state, when you are working for ALS, ALS comes first. For example, in a scenario where your own group has attacked one of our customers, you may be asked to fight for ALS. When in your ALS role (or skin) you must support ALS fully. This is outlined on the opening post.

James was an ALS apprentice when I was the BoD and he never have a training due to busy with police work and leaving after a week or more or less.

  Sorry guys, I have decided to cancel bringing back ALS despite the support. I really cannot afford to be tied down to this group as I love to RP different roles. I think I jumped into this a bit prematurely, hoping it would bring back the old days, but without the players I loved it just isn't the same. Fortunately it has only took a day to realise this delusion.
  I also apologise to the new members, who I cannot provide the true experience as an ALS member to.

 Of course  I will still be around, I just cant afford to spend so much time on this. I would put no less than 100% into ALS, and since I cannot do that, I must not open it fully again. Again, sorry for the trouble this may cause.
