PC Crashes while playing game/downloading

Yes, my PC screen freezes like 0,5 seconds and then boom. It's off and reboots. Everytime I start up Windows again it says The system is like saved from a fatal fault or something, in dutch: Het systeem is hersteld van een ernstige fout. I don't know what to do, I'm running Windows XP and it happens only when I'm downloading/playing a game.
Sometimes just when I'm on MSN but that's an exception. Please help.

Does that german you wrote say system was repaired from sumthing ..... (i'm learning german but its my 2nd year) so idk better  

anyways if it says like that i had that problem and you  need to reinstall your Win again (only if you had a version of a problem when you can't boot your sys ) if you can boot up idk what to do?
