Revoke/Suspend Driver License

I do not know if anyone posted this idea before. If anyone did then delete the post.

I think the driver license should be revoked or (and perhaps the best option) suspended ,if the driver made certain infractions. For example each driver license as 10 points infraction limit (or more).

e.g. (1, 2, 3 ... stand for points and not topics) :
 
               1 - Driving in the wrong side of the road
               2 - Driving under influence of alcohol/drugs
               3 - Have an unregistred gun or drugs in the vehicle
               4 - Etc...etc....etc....
                    
e.g. If the driver was caught having drugs on his car 3 times and there is record in the database (or his license is tagged each time he does an infraction) that he was driving in the wrong side of the road, he reaches the 10 point limit and his license is suspended

I think 2 or 3 days would be sufficient, if a person was to get their licenced suspended again for another thing, it should be increased to 4-5 days, and the next time they do something, remove their licence and make them take the driving test again.

Similar to real life, when you a road crime like excessive speeding, you will get points on your licence, if you get 12 points, you loose your licence and have to do everything again, this is the way it works over here.

Then after blank amount of points you lose your drivers license for good thats how it works here.

I think this should be given to a Mod or a Admin.

Reason being
It may be Abused by cops.By any cop.New ones or abusers.

I think Arpd members should be given a command that can warn any driver.
Suppose as alredy pointed before a person got 10 points/infractions limit.
if ARPD member type !driverwarning nickorid <1/2/3...> then some amount of points/infractions decrease depending upon the level of danger the crime is of that driver.
The person's inventory(!invent) can show the no. of warning left.

When the warning limit is over ARPD members can ask admin/mod's to suspend licenses. 

This scheme may also need ARPD members to check the total warnings left of other members. So if person just type !invent - it shows self inventory. If he types !invent nickorid, the script checks the nickorid and shows ONLY warnings left (if the nickorid is different from self), and not the whole inventory because it is not needed

Haha, there's Klaus's hopes down the drain.

I see this idea working, but maybe, just so that people don't complain that the "fun of driving" isn't taken away, do a three point (or any point for that matter) warning system, in which the law enforcement personnel can use, and after all warnings are given, issue a fine/suspension as well as being put in jail, maybe.

Another little idea, as the VC:MP Courts are being set up, we could always allow people to appeal their case (if they don't do so already)?
