Yes, these are better seen in night time.

As it has been something many player have looked forward to regarding the sync in SA:MP 0,3, and after giving it some thought, I have decided to allow it under strict conditions.

1. If any secondary effects are noticed that influence the handling, hp or vulnerability of the car, the player noticed will be instantly banned. Repeated bans will lead to a full and permanent disallowing of the mod.

2. If players are found to be lagging as a result of the mod being used, and this is a noticeable effect, the mod will be disallowed.

3. If any player using the mod will take the usage as the mod as proof he was asking to pullover, surrender or any other duty 'because you could see the lights flashing' he will be punished for mod/script abuse. If this happens repeatedly, the mod will be disallowed.

4. If we find that RP groups like FBI or ARPD are taking the mod in to their rules of procedures, there by forcing their members to install it, the mod will be banned instantly.

I will be using the mod personally and when anything noticed i will report it.

Thank you, SO much. And i have something else to propose. If a player complains about lag, we need that player and the player that made the lag into the same place with the normal traffic for tests. Because it might not be the mod at that time, maybe just the server lagging or the persons internet gonig up. Hopefully this will help. Anyway just want to say thanks again.

  Since this mod is open to anyone, it can be (and will be) used by civilians. Now, since FBI and UC cops can go undercover and may have valid reasons for pulling people over and using the lights, the same applies to civilians.

So what is the take on civilian use of light mods. We can say that they do not have power to pull over, but anyone can shout "Pullover - Police!!"...
  My fear on this is we will have hundreds of fake cops! So perhaps I will advise that using light mod to pretend to be undercover cop/ FBI would not be allowed (punished by kick), since it can be abused (sort of).

What about me? Im a real FBI Cadet, which im Unable to use FBI Marked cars....  As for that, I can Only use Unmarked FBI Cars... meaning of Civilian ones... Should I use this when I chase with my Vehicle? (Will buy an Sentinel later, as ALL FBI Cadets got one...)

I've installed the mod and i can only see it, I have tested it on a few people and they cant see it. Also i can not see the menu either, anyone know the solution?

is this mod easy to install? Or do i hav to script stuff and replace stuff in my scripts
can i just install it wit SAMI?

The mod might needs to be pressed more than once.... make sure you extracted CLEO_TEXT folder and it does not work if you enable it as passenger

yea....i fail at modding anyone want to tell me step by step in Argonath Chat or by MSN EXACTLY how to install this mod? im afraid that if i mess up or something im gonna get my ass banned
