Its not because a cop car use it.. An tell you to pull over that you are abused.. Some people are against this lmod and are moaning. At the moment we didnt had any problem on the server. And Gandalf didnt say it wasnt allowd to pull you over with the flashlights. You can't use it as a proof and to say its impossible that you didnt saw my pull over my lights where on.. thats all. If a cop Pull you over with flashing lights in a marked cop car and use the Megaphone you are not abused cuz this don't give you any advantage. Hurting your eyes?  it isnt even powerfull. It arent flashbangs...

Just to clarify : If a cop uses ONLY the flash lights and then suspects the player for not stopping or evading, this is not allowed. IF he used the flashlights in combination wiht megaphone and a player refuse to pullover it is allowed to suspect.

I want to bring this topic up as SOME administration people Don't know the rules about it. They gave false information about it and said that ONLY cops/Emergancy people with is on duty CAN USE IT. I blame half of the demands on Mr JayL as his wrongly acting as Administration and is also reported to [email protected]. I think the administration who ever is saying any false shall have knowledge about it first.

I just come to say about civilians / cops speeding around in Civil cars with there lights on ... ( Speeding really fast as if its a code 3 - as if the lights mean anything )

Please clarify : So, civilians are allowed to use the lights?

and cops can only use them for added effect / but not to replace the original police lights?.


They are kinda annoying when people follow you with them on as-well >.<.

IMO, any civilian that uses ELM while not police / medical / fire - Suspect for impersonating public services.

Yes, and yes. There is NO rule about civilians NOT being allowed to use them, read the first post! The reason these rules were made was so issues like this would NOT happen! Again, you are correct in the second point.

@ Chase - it would be cool but the lights aren't to conflict with rp that could possibly result in moaning :/

This mod has NO lag. As for the above errors, they cannot be reproduced like that. It's something random that produces it. It has just as much of a chance at crashing you as SA:MP 0.2X did, if not less...
