GTA Error -- Please Help

Hey there, i had to reset my whole PC, now i installed GTA and samp and it gives me a error, when i installed the first time it didnt do that error

You have to downgrade your GTA San Andreas version to V1.00.

Do this by using the Downgrade patch:

Download that, run the application and if succesfull your game should run fine.
