I believe the author hopes that the same user will visit the Argonath forums, in which case a similar IP could be noticed here, thereby providing information of the person involved.
Even if the person was visiting Argonath forums, I highly doubt you will be given the information, Roman.

Hey Cutter. Yea, its very bad. I think this persone registered on argonath. I just wanna ask him what is he doing there? i mean as i admin i do see where is he and what is he looking at, but he online now too, and he online everyday.  (Not at the night). and i dont understand him.


Why IP information is confidensial? what can i do if i know him IP? i can broke him internet or what?

no, i think you didnt fully understand me. I banned him just for 5 mins, to write him a messege (i dont know how to use another way), i banned IP and wrote "Why dont you register for this 3 weeks?", he tried to enter forum twice(triggers 2). then i unbanned him. And now he is again on my forum, vieving "Welcome to the [BRC] forum". Now you see the problem, sir? Actually i can ban him forever. But why do i have to do it..there is no poin, anyway i dont know why is he\she doing it. And i was asking just say the name of IP's owner. Because I am pretty sure he\she registered on this forum. I never didnt see him\her on my forum just after posting here (On Argonath) my clan introducing. I really dont need to do anything with his\her IP. Gandalf, I've sent you IP by PM. If you can help me to figure out the name, i would pleasured of you help. Thank you.
