20 players on a co-op servers is possible and easy to do, I've played on one.. And it was crap.

I played once too.

15 SWAT guys on red-library. There was so much SWAT members that they would get stuck on doorways. But when they went throw the door the suspects had no choice but to surrender facing how outnumbered they were lol. I remembered one of the suspects not surrendering. There were so much bullets flying towards him it looked like a death squadron.

Not exactly role-playing. But if nicely played we will be taking roles of SWAT officers so role-playing.

I played SWAT4 with my 2 friends, we talked on Skype and then played on different maps.
Pretty cool, although the criminals are really tougher, just like said in the guide.

I find the thougher criminal to be the ones in the hospital cause they play and look like f**king spec ops, the duplessis robber are good too. Then there are those delicate situations like the top floor on A-Bomb club. Places with bad geometric that hide criminals from nades.
