The avast! update team made a mistake as one of the newest Trojan viruses uses the same script coding as most regular computer applications such as virus scanners (ex: it'll say spybot is a trojan, which isn't true).
The genius who created this virus did it so that the virus could smoothly pass under the radar as a valid computer application.

Wait for another avast! update, they'll fix this.

Not really, Nod32 aint so bad. I have that.

Although this WAS a simple mistake and anyone could have done it, I think they should be more professional on their testing. No harm done, but that was a little slack of work from them. their still good though.
