AlexStruck,

The easiest way is to use IMG Editor, you rename the files to the name of the skin you want changed.
And then simply use the same way as you do when you're installing a mod through IMG Tool.

Example, if you want the skin on a Balla, you rename the new files to balla(1-3) and then just import them through IMG Editor.
