Also your SA may be corrupted like mine, SAMP just won't work if I open SAMP, I need to close the process, and connect again, then it works..

Press "Connect" from SAMP, then it loads the San Andreas Multiplayer screen, press Windows + Alt and right-click on taskbar (Or Press CTRL + ALT + DELETE on Windows Vista/7), open Task Manager, goto "Processes" Tab, Right click gta_sa.exe, Click End process, click Yes, press "Connect" again, it should load SAMP, if your game is same as I have..

And for the nocd patch, I have my MSN on profile, so add me WITH message who you are..

Mine problem is fixed,thank to Kessu.
Now look how to fix all this shit,first download the crack,find one on internet,if needed contact me on msn.
Than do
Ctrl+alt+delete >> Process >> close GTA_SA.EXE in process.
Now.
Go to folder of the game with your crack and replace them.
Now it should work
