You have changed your story. At first you said, they were aiming and carjacking. Aiming is not shooting, so can't do anything if the first shot is done by him, then go ahead, you have all the rights to defend yourself, but until then, no shooting. If he carjacks, well report about him( which is good that you did, like you re telling at the moment). You aren't in any means better if you carjack back. Also if he flames that is rulebreaking that is another /report situation.

I dont know if they were shooting me, because i ran away and didnt look back at first moment but they came there and aimed their M4 at us. I drove away like 50 meters, stoped there. Man followed me and carjacked, i had my car locked, he started hiting me with fists, i took my weapon and started shooting him. In both ways, these persons started this. I didnt carjack back. She was provoking us,i dont remember the end because i was talking with someone in PM i quess, but i saw that this girl sayed something: dont spit into my face, we wont leave, why dont you leave? etc. Oh and man told: Looks like DM group if i look at your weapon (M4) which they had too.

Hitmans themselves aren't revenge killing, they are doing their job, no problem there. Problem only occurs, when people does not interact with each other ( also in game body language is interaction).

If you would get shot by a weapon then you have all the rights to shoot back, since your life is in danger. But if your sure the other one is just DMing you can report that person, if your sure no one is trying to kill you with a hitman or trying to get you back for kidnapping someone or something. Then again there should be a conversation explaining what's going on...

Okay, the other 2 guys steal your weed ( since you probably growed them ), okay, they were trying to "rob" you from your weed... It's okay if you start a conversation from here. A RP conversation. Make it something awesome like:

( A = the enemy B = you )

*A aims the weapon towards B
B: What are you trying to do, punk!?
A: Move away, slowly, this is my weed now. Don't try anything stupid.
*B walks away to the driver door of his car
*B pulls out a 9mm from his waist
B: Wrong time, wrong place.
A: You will regret making that decision.
***A shoots, B returns fire***
***B eventually kills A      ***
B: That's what you get for trying to steal my weed, punk.


Then, it would be very awesome and then it would be a RP situation where you as B are defending the weed you are growing and where A is trying to steal it but dies because you don't want to give away that weed to A.

Then again, if they were with more players it would only have been smart to run away unless you're one of those fighting machines no one should mess around with!

Can someone validate that this would be a valid reason to kill someone? Actually, A should have ran away while A had low life and not fight any longer, but A didn't and kept shooting forcing B to kill A.
