WHo cares if people want money? Dont RP with them. Greed is natural for humans, so is the happiness of making money. We see it in IRL alot, except for here it is easier cause its a game.

Guns are free in VC:MP and it is so much better. No moaning, when you die, you can grab them again. Armor is already set to cops when you go on duty. It makes RP more easier and gives more benefit

Cause Vice City is awsome of course  :)

Once we get updated weapons won't be free as the ammunations in the server config will be removed.  Cops won't get 100 armour they'll get only 50 when they equip it via the locker room but are limited to it's use (every 15min).

These topics aren't needed since we've had so many already just enjoy the server and have fun.

There is a problem, but it wont be solved by scripts, its players.

To sort this problem needs the players to relax and have more fun, less thinking of just self but more of having fun with others.
