On north, there was a vagos gang in cold north. They lived there and there was many allys for them. One day russian mafia came there and the didnt came there in peace. They killed almost all vagos member, only 3 of them staid alive. 2 of them exited gang but 1 came to ls. He recreated the gang and that gang stays there nowadays.

The ranks are great.
What's wrong with them? The top leader is General in this one. In a mafia, the top leader is a Godfather. It's a custom gang.

Good luck, though you'll have trouble for this. Check your ideas/information before starting. Vagos are a Norteno (northern) gang, so no need to double that by adding 'North'. Military ranks are not usual in street gangs - try looking at some other Latino gangs to see how they are structured. Try learning some slang. That would be a good start.

To the rest of you people, you should be ashamed. Not all people get their stuff served on the plate, not everybody gets it right from the start.

Shows how mature you are. Gangs can have ranks, as there is no rule (written, unwritten) about that. Take a look at Diablos or Santiago, examples of Latino gangs. They/we have/had ranks. Oh, and by the way, adding bunch of emoticons is a nice finishing touch.
