The Most Friendly Admin: Sammir (even if he loses his cool he does not start insulting the person he's arguing to.)
The Most Polite Admin: Pancher (He RARELY swears in private and I've never seen him swear in public. He respects everyone for who they are and gives people lots of chances.)
The Most Patient Admin: Malcolm (I've never seen him get angry. He's always carefree and sees the fun in every situation.)
The Most Reactive Admin: Andy (He always jumped out of a serious roleplay situation, a police chase etc. to deal with his admin duties. He was the true definition of a reactive admin in my eyes.)
The Most Helpful Admin: Kitsune (He's always ready to help a person with a problem, even if the said person has done something to him in the past. )
The Funniest Admin: Vince (Vince is willing to do anything to keep his reputation of a clown and he always makes me laugh.)
The Best Newcomer into Admin Team: Rory (He got his admin status in a fairly short amount of time and he has well earned it.)

VI. Police Department SA:MP 2009

The Most Friendly Police Officer: Jame Janek (Even if the criminal shoots at him, he keeps a pacifistic outlook on life, willing to do anything without resorting to violence.)
The Best Police Driver: Jonny Bravo (Can always keep a cruiser on track or keep a heli from taking any damage.)
The Best Police Chaser: Smey (He's one of the best police chasers I've had the honour to serve with in my honest opinion. He NEVER abandons a chase.)
The Best Police Shooter: Alan White (I remember him successfully killing me loads of times when I was new in the server with a pistol. I chose to run when I saw him.)
The Best Police Investigator: SugarD (My reasons are currently classified, maybe SugarD will reveal it later.)
The Best Police Officer: James Hunter (James has always been my idol and will always be one. He has everything you would want from your direct superior: Strictness, skill, competence and a sense of humor. )
The Best Police Department: SWAT (I've served with the Argonath SWAT team for a while now and I can honestly say it's been the best time I've had in Argonath.)
The Funniest Police Officer: Leon Mokomaki (It's funny to talk to Leon about everything. We have a similar sense of humor and I always have fun around him and Vince.)

There are so many good officers that did not make this list. If I could give two votes, I would.

The Best Roleplaying Group: Inferno 9 (They always roleplay their things and encourage new people to roleplay without actually forcing it.)

The Best Lagger: Wayne (I simply hate his lag :<)
The Best Flamer: Boxy (He flames people, sometimes without the victim actually realising he just got flamed. That I consider good insulting :>)
The Best Annoyer: Niitro, Box3r, Volume, Lynx and whatever names he has gone by. (One of the most annoying people I've had the pleasure to meet on the Internet. His 'conversation' with 'Trix' made me choose him as the best annoyer of 2009)
The Worst Driver: Twenty (I really do not want to sit in a car with her as a driver unless I wish to lose my armour)

XXI. Miscellaneous 2009

The best Radio DJ: Nexxt (He plays lots of different music, takes requests and actually advertises that he's DJing.)
The best TeamSpeaker: I know I've already nominated James Hunter but this title SURELY belongs to him.
The most serious player: Frank Hawk (When he's roleplaying he ALWAYS keeps a serious attitude. I haven't seen him act like a fool once.)
The best Forum Moderator: GiacJr (Very quick to respond to messages and take action if needed.)
The best Ban Evader: Maniak Mike (The reason should be obvious.)
The best Driver(duty) SA:MP: Mario Rinna (He owned one of the best taxi corporations ever. His driving was good and his fees were fair.)



XXII. The Most Unlucky Player 2009

Carl Banks Fasi - He has A LOT to deal with: SAPD, scripting, SWAT and the internal affairs to name a few. He basically has no playing time to himself as he always has something to deal with, not to mention he's a busy person IRL too. Still, he has managed good despite being gangraped by multiple hardships (no pun intended), ergo he deserves the title of the unluckiest player of 2009 in my eyes.

I have selected only the categories i want to vote. And a tip to all persons : For example,if the person has been 1 week a admin in SA:MP server,you can vote her for any category on SA:MP Admins. To complete my logic i've voted GiacJr in 1 category of SA:MP Admins because he has been a admin for the whole year of 2009,he got kicked only in December,so,if the person for example,has been a admin for the whole year and got kicked only in December or if the person has been admin for only 1 week you can still vote for that person,the same applies for Cop/Criminal/Roleplaying Group categories.
