Can someone give me cb rights in the cb channel? So in the future I can handle people that think they are funny and want to troll in the cb channel.

I was informed Antonio Sanchez was CK', but he seems to have no clue about it, and I nicely asked him to leave the cb channel and he refused to.

you never asked me to leave the CB 'Nicely', first of all.
and Sanchez and Cortez are diffrent, what's the prob?
In a lot of irl gangs, ppl can have the same name, but they make up nick names for not being confused.
