Joking around in improper times, either IG, Skype Group or forums will not be tolerated. With that being said now for those without brains: kicks will be valid. That means that CK will not be required anymore to kick a person for for those without brains: reasons. And the person who has been kicked will not be allowed back in the same or another character unless pardoned by the board of leadership.
