I remember when we rolled with the 13th Street Locotes. It had that spark, but it never grew into something like this.

Don't underrate my capability.
You can't even really compare 13th Street to 58th or SSC. Yes, seriously.

58th Street was the main street we used to hang out at in East Los Santos, which means when we moved to El Corona, that name could not come with us. In the matter of fact, back in ELS; our name was not 58th St. It basically was Conecta, yet we decided to call ourselves 58th because it was easier to say. So, the name change is very easy to understand. South Side - EC. Conecta - Conecta.
