We will do a re-structure for the ranking system soon. Some ranks will be removed, some will be replaced and some will be added.
As with that, some members will be demoted, some will remain on the same rank and some will be promoted.
The new ranking system will be introduced publicly tomorrow, as for now only the leaders know the new ranks.
Not only that we will have a new ranking system, we will also have a new joining system.
From now onward, joining will not take you 1 day anymore, as before you get jump in on your first day saying "hi, my name is niger" but now, it'll take longer from a few weeks to a month.
So basically patience will be required for the people who is interested in joining South Side Conecta.
If you are impatience and keep on asking when you're gonna get your ass jumped in, punishment will be issued from either a kick or ban from the faction itself.
We also will not let people to join just for fun. "Oh, its que, that gay fag, he's my gay partner irl, im joining this up and leave next week and then next month i rejoin and leave the next week roflmafolollmfao". This behavior will no longer be accepted in South Side Conecta.
If we have a player interested in joining and then left after he get invited, he will either be banned or given another chance to rejoin South Side Conecta next time.
South Side Conecta is about family, its not a place to stop by, say hello and then say goodbye just like that.
We expect people that is interested in joining to stay in the faction and leave only if there's a good reason to leave the faction.
We will also from now onward be strict when it comes to English and grammar.
Members with bad English and grammar will be taught by us so that they could at least improved.
Other then that, we will also be strict on members activity. If any members became inactive without notifying us, a kick from the faction will be issued.
