SAPD is currently looking for an infamous suspect also known to be leading the gang "58th Street Conecta" then changed to "South Side Conecta" known as "Frankie", "Frankie Mendoza", and "Doz".

Suspect was last seen in El Corona, Los Santos last month. He is wanted for drug dealing, murdering, vandalism, car jacking, and escaping from the LAW.


Well, Frankie is not dead, people, he's escaping to Oakland, California.. I won't be returning some when soon as I'm planning to have a long stay in San Andreas Police Department, I'm proud to see this gang back on its feet and very active once again..

In the early 80s Jesse_Smith was born, He was a peacefull guy, He had a good job, A nice car. And a house worth $100.000. He was allways in the town doing something, He helped old people with things. And got paid a little by them. One day, He walked by some Ballas, He had never met them before. So he didn't want to brawl with them or something, So he turned around and wanted to walk to his house. When he realized that someone was shouting behind him, He fastly turned around and said '' What do you want?'' A fat negro came against him, With a loaded gun. And then he said '' I want your head motherf**ker!'' Then he punched him in the face so the Balla almost fell down on the ground, After that  Jesse turned around and started to run back to his house. He heard some Ballas screaming after him '' f**king whiteass i will kill you soon!!'' Then he went to LSPD, And asked some cops if he could stay in the jail a few days or something. The officers showed him a room in the PD, Where he could sleep.
When the night came, It was dark in the PD, Everyone were at their home, Sleeping. So Jesse decided to go home instead, While he had the chance. Jesse took some money on a table before he left, He took around $3.000. Someone had forgot them there, Then when he had the cash he ran home. Locked the doors, And putted the lights out, Next day he found his car burned in the wood. He saw a note saying: I know who you are bad girl.. Jesse throwed the note into the car, And went home, After 3weeks a guy named Jethro_Smith, Came by him and told him to not mess around, Jesse was scared, He wanted to run, But he knew that if he was going to run away, He probly was going to get killed, So he talked with Jethro, And said that he was unguilty and that he was a peacefull guy, Jethro didn't believe him, So later that day some other guys came by him, And then aimed at him. They said '' If you ever touch someone of our guys again, Then we will kill you!'' Jesse answered '' Who the f**k are you, And what the f**k do you want from me?'' He answered '' I want your head on my table.'' Then some cops came by there, And asked if everything was ok, A strange guy talked to the cop and said that everything was allright. Then they left and went somewhere else. After 15mins they left Jesse, And he was alone on the streets, When he finally went back to his home, He went to sleep, He slept that day. The next day, He went to work, He earned around $30.000 Per month. He was happy with that job he had, Jesse worked as a fireman, Jesse were a very skilled fireman, He knew alot about fires and what to do when it's burning and such things, After 2 weeks they decided to go chilling at a bar at Idlewood. Jesse was not sure if the Ballas went there to kill Jesse, So he refused to go with them. His boss asked '' What is wrong man, Why don't you wanna come with us tonight?'' Jesse told his boss that he was a little scared, And that he wouldn't go near some dangerous gangs. Then his boss laughed and said '' There is nothing to be scared of, If someone messes with you, Kill him.'' Then Jesse said that he didn't own a gun. His boss gave him $2.000 to buy a weapon.
Jesse thanked him, And gave him a handshake before they left. But one day was different, It was Friday the 13th. Jesse moved to San Fierro, Because he wanted to be in a safe city, Where no gangs was doing him anything. He was about to sell his house, But never found the keys. A buyer was interested, And asked for the keys. Jesse said in the phone '' Well im searcing for the keys now, And i hope that i'll found them soon.'' The buyer asked if his car was burned in the woods. Jesse answered ''Yes, How did you know?'' The buyer answered '' I'm the guy who burned it and wrote that note, Hahaha!'' He laughed in the phone, And then hung up. Jesse knew that he was in a hurry to move away from the city now. Jesse were thinking '' What am i going to do now?!'' He called a Taxi, And then packed his clothes and all he needed.
The Taxi driver seemd to be kind, So he asked where he came from. The driver ignored him. And kept driving to San Fierro, But when they came to Red County he dropped of Jesse there, Stranded without anything, But then he remembered, He still had $1.500 left, And then went to a farm there, Later that day hes brother called, Jesse was scared that the house buyer were in the phone. So he refused to answer, Instead he pressed ''Reject call'' And then turned off his cellphone. He was lucky that he found a un-owned Tractor in the farm. So he took it and drove with it to San Fierro, He ditched it somewhere where noone was. And then looked for a Hotel to stay in. He found one near Doherty, And it was only $200 per night. Jesse kinda liked it. But he knew that he couldn't stay there forever, So he read the paper, And then saw a announcement of a Security job, He called directly. Then a lady answered and said '' Hello this is San Fierro's security company, What can i help you with?'' Jesse answered and said '' I saw a announcement in the paper, About a Security job, Is this the right number?'' The lady laughed ans said '' Yes this is the right number yes haha.'' Jesse started to laugh too then he asked if there was a free spot for a worker, And there was a free spot for him, He got his Rank as ''Elevator guard.'' He didn't earn so good in the begining. But he tried to do his best to get promoted to a higher rank. After about 1year he got promoted to '' Vice boss'' He earned $5.000 per hour. But that night he got promoted was a bad night, A guy robbed him on all Jesse's cash. He got fired from his job because he didn't make it in time some days. And hes parents were dead. They got killed on Friday the 13th. A murderer killed them when they was walking with the dog. So Jesse had his uncles house in San Fierro for a while, After some months when he lived good in San Fierro, He heard about a Mafia called ''Gvardia'' So he decided to make a try to get in there, And get good, As the others in the family.
