I'm setting up a new rule, as you all may now, before you can go on police duty of there's less than 5 members online.
But from now on, the rule is that you are NOT ALLOWED to go on police duty of there's a member online (1 and more) as this mostly make the member that is not on police duty stand around East Los Santos doing nothing like a jackass.

Any member caught (including Pee Wee) doing this will be either demoted or kicked from the faction.
We're gonna start using this rule starting today onward.
