Argonath RPG T-Shirts!!

I just had a brain-fart.

I just noticed that we use alot of copyrighted stuffs, like Argonath (Tolken), the Grand Theft Auto Series (Rockstars). If we intend to sell these products that includes the images of whatever you're putting on, wouldn't that violate some laws?

Rock Star Games can and will sue them.

I won't wear such a t-shirt.. :razz: But I like the idea of making mouse pads and similar things. That would be really nice! Or what about making an argonath puzzle? That would help us playing less computer and training our brains. :trust:

About the copyright: I don't think it is really a problem. We won't use explecite copyright words in the images. Most of the "copyrighted" words are from normal words. Maybe San Andreas, but that is not copyright protected. About the "argonath" I don't know, but why can we use it for the server and community name then? I don't think the copyright is a real problem. And besides that, these things won't be sold on large scale.

Nobody has the word "Rockstars" copyrighted... "Rockstar Games(R)" on the other hand..

I know at least LITERALLY thirty people who are EXTREMELY skilled with photoshop and combinations of other image editors (Yes, they even do the same concept I do in MS Paint XD). Perhaps if I could get them to help, the shirts would look HAWT.

The rules of the T-Shirt designs;

1) No photographs of Grand Theft Auto images, or characters, due to game copyright
2) Rockstar Games is copyrighted, not Rock Stars. The term is too common to be legally copyrighted.
3) No photographs from Lord of the Rings, as the series is copyrighted
4) Any reference to the word "Argonath" shall be "Argonath RPG" to avoid copyright infringement.
5) All designs must be original.

If you are afraid someone on the street will make fun of you because of a t-shirt (for whatever reason because alot of people in the world dont know what argonath rpg is) then you don't have to buy one..

If anyone is afraid of expressing oneself or something in that nature then buy blank t-shirts
