On topic: I teach alot of new players the rules, Ask them If they've received their starting money and then teach them how to buy a skin, get a job, Grow weed/heroin.

I try to do community patrols when im on police duty, helping new players, strengthening the civilian - police tie to regain their trust. But half of the time im in a shootout, dealing with a moaning suspect, or in a pursuit to have a nice talk with people. Another point i'd like to point out frank, is the Shootouts at GS9, im totally fine with you promoting criminal roleplay, that was the only thing that i wanted to do when i first joined BUT the constant shootouts around the GS9 area don't help the community one bit. You see, the new players and even some of the regulars get the idea that cops are a target to kill, to look forward to a chase but that is not our job. Our job is to maintain and restore peace, law and justice in the state of San Andreas. Its a chain reaction, and we will do anything to stop this chain reaction. I encourage people, and inspire people, not to take many things seriously. As Capo in Gvardia, I have the right and duty to calm people the fuck down. If they complain in the main chat, I've got to calm them down, and get them to talk to me calmly, so we can sort it out (hopefully).
Many of you might notice my strange jokes. I realize some people do not appreciate them, but the people that do learn to laugh and play along, to understand me and each other, and to make to make a big deal of things that do not require so much attention or anger.
