Not sure if it is /q abuse, but if you /q underwater near the sand (ocean/lake/pool floor) and log back in, you respawn at the bottom walking as if you were not underwater, without any breath limit.

That interior should be changed in certain points:
- You can run out of water and /enter a property, teleporting yourself to that place.

The interior for underwater world is in a different virtual world, getting out of the water to avoid being caught by the police is script abuse.
