Is it possible that someone could make a good male African American (citizen) skin mod for me. I would also like if someone could also make one as a cop. I hate the Tenn-penny skin that is why I also use the Hernandez skin (Its the closes thing to African American all other cops skins are now way close to my real skin tone. I was thinking along the line that the cop and citizen should be the same character. The character should be like a little buff (not much) and has a bit of height like u know a 6.1" some like that. That's a little what I had in mind any one with suggestions or is willing ad able to do it for me please pm me on forums so we can discuss the whole issue.
:ps: i would like the mod o replace the black drug dealer (citizen) and Tennpenny (cop)
