When i try to connect to a server it just says:

Connecting To [IP]
Connected. Joining the game...

than it just stays there

Hmm.I suggest you re installing your GTA San Andreas.If it still doesn't work,then it must be sth else.

Not sure if this is the problem but have you tried checking your firewall settings just to make sure its allowing the client to connect to the server?
