It has always been the answer to why scripters get disappointed or take a lot of time to bring new things.
Whenever something is tried that is not secured against any form of abuse, you can be sure it will be abused. The interesting thing is that somehow our scripters are the only ones noticing this....

Whilst I agree to a certain extent, I disagree that it is only the scripters/developers who are noticing exploitation of non-secured facilities. My view is that it extends to a wider set of individuals, though given the limited channels of feedback, we are unable to voice our view effectively whilst in contrast there is a clear sense of priority through scripter/developer feedback.

you are wrong there. There is no abuse problems on MTA:VC, and from checking the VC:MP section on the forum, everyone is happy togheter and playing with each other. It's in the SA:MP section where all flame, all argue and so on are. Check the SA:MP unban request section, "You are the biggest rulebreaker, stay banned", "you are a retard, the community dosen't want you" and so on. The players are creating the negative energy, the players are creating all the argue. Most players dont respect the work the developers are putting down on the server, they are only thinking about themself. Just like when the bikes got removed due some reasons that dosen't got posted in public, everyone went nuts because they was thinking about theirself when the developers tryed to fix the lag issue on the server.

The owners are paying with their own money so we can play in this community, and all they get back is bullshit.

To be sincere, i'm happy for this update.
Criminals got a good boost to escape from cops, this may be good to prevent any unecessary big shoot-out or a massive cop killing infront newbies.
I do prefer see criminals harder to catch and cops learning to work together instead of see what i saw yesterday.

It might be true that SA:MP players have, and will always have a horrible and maybe worse attitude than different alternatives such as VC:MP and MTA:VC players. But instead of creating topics and discussing this problem, we can rather care about ourselves and focus on ourselves than helping others.

There is a point about the Diffrence Between the Situation of VC:MP and SA:MP.On VC:MP if new things come,we use them how our Mind tells us to.Because the other 2-32(mostly about 10) will not have anything against it because we live with it and have fun.
On SA:MP The problem is,there are too many people,having diffrent views and opinions so it gets crazy Sometimes.
So what i say about this is : Play how you like it and let others play how they like it.The fun on that appears by itself .

We already heard the "hurr durr nobody moans in mta" 100 times, yet the server almost never reaches more than 5 players. Must be for something, right?

I disagree with you Martu.
MTA:VC has a low amount of players because firstly, the All Seeing Eye was disabled and people have gave up on finding servers in MTA:VC, therefore they don't search for RPG, meaning Argonath.
Because San Andreas is a new engine, with a lot more functions, people prefer to go there, but nothing is compared to the quality of Roleplay that was in MTA:VC. As a veteran there, I've noticed friendship and people who like to have fun instead of crying about something that happened to them in a game.
They have a good attitude mostly, and from my experience i never saw "Omg he killed me for no reason"
"noob noob noob".
I remember Operation Jerico, which was a fun experience when the scripts were down and we fought the DMers and had lots of fun, we didn't cry "get an admin omgomg he ruin server pls1!11!!!!!one!!11".

Back to topic: The installment of FBI Ranchers for Firefighter/ Military use was a very good idea, intended to improve the quality of the Firefighter RP. But with the issues of cops taking all of the FD Ranchers leaving the FD with nothing to use, for Cops' illegal FBI impersonation (I would RP it), but given the strict rules given by CBFasi to issue warnings/ copban on illegal usage of the FBI Rancher, this was used to keep the moaning down for both parties (FD with no Ranchers, cops crying about being suspected for impersonating FBI.. etc etc)
