have you ever been annoyed, irritated or pissed about something or just wanted to tell your thoughts about it. Well heres the moan topic, mona about everything you want just:
NO Flaming groups/specific persons;
NO swearing/cursing, if you do it, censor it;

If you mona about specific persons, try not to provoke/anger them;

[AV]Vince is so freaking imporfessional, it's just like a kid running entire LSPD!
James_Hunter is the future LVPD Captain, the SWAT Commander and he is inactive as f**k, someone take his position!
There are too many sportscars!! It's impossible to chase suspects!
