I found a program that allows you to edit car sound...AND ADD HORNS TO TRAINS!!!

That's right. I found the holy grail of all sound programs. This edits the sound for any cars(and trains) in San Andreas! From door sounds, to editing the volume and pitch of horns. From adding to removing horns. It can be used for cars, boats, bikes, and TRAINS!!!! Finally! No more train silence. You can add radio, horns, etc sounds to any of them. Heres the link:

*note: Boat and train horns not synced in SAMP. Use caution and try not to take out a lot of people standing on the tracks.

I doubt edited car horns would be  synced either... but i'll check it out anyway. Nice find.

It's a mod, so it only effects your gameplay, no one else's.
