Regarding /ad

I know this should be a /pm function, but I wish to hear feedback on this.
As we all know, /ad's have risen to $500. $500 is not a lot, but people just love to do /p /ad [SELLIING CAR]. It makes a lot of people mad, because we have that function(/ad) for a reason. There's also a /s(hout) you could easily /s SELLING BULLET, $5000 GOING ONCE or something in front of LSPD. I see a lot of people complaining about people spamming up /p with SELLING. I would like to know if this is script abuse and how it can be dealt with.

After what i remeber gimli said that it is abuse to use /p instead of /ad for your adverstisements, prove me wrong if i remeber don't remeber that part correct :p

Using /p instead of /ad, is allowed...

Always attempt to see the larger picture.

Not script abuse...answer is what Grz said. You pay to have your ad stand out amid the ocean of white. You get a better chance of selling/buying whatever you want. That is what you pay for...
Furthermore advertising in /p does not mean you cannot get suspected if you advertise something illegal..

/ad is only there to give a color to your sale message, nothing else

Certainly, CBF's or xcasio's or owner's opinion is most welcome and will be overruled if different from mine. I based my opinion after hearing xcasio's view about it long ago when I was enforcing /ad  . I felt his view was logical and this is why I have adopted it from then on.

when using /p, you are not disturbing peace. However if you go to LSPD and use /s you might get suspected for disturbing the peace. That suspectation would be valid in my eyes.
