Need help with VC

Not sure if its right place for it but didnt find any better place, ok here goes. I have problems with my PC alot lately and it wont run most of the games for now and not even VC when i get into the game i can hear everything but can't see anything just some shades around, i have the correct Directx and drivers but still, does anybody have an ideas for this? Thanks.

Yeah doesnt work and same with San Andreas, only thing what i get is blue screen.

That's a problem with the draw distance in Vice City, as it takes time to draw the objects around you.
Hmm... what are your PC specs?

Hm... Maybe some part of your PC is getting old or not working well?

ive had same with W7.Either what denlow said or go on task manager and press to quit it a few times then its away soon ;)

alarbara, there is a faster way, i would link, but its against the rulz, get VCCH (vice city crash helped), you press CTRL + X, and it kills the vice city proccess in one second.

Couldn't find it, still I don't think it's illegal, if the program helps..
