Well my problem its like this, when i open the samp, it appear the argo server, and when i double click on it, it starts but instead of appear "Samp multiplayer" with that black background, my screen appears only all white and crashes.

Well i already reinstall the samp and the gta, and the problem still the same, if you can help me guys i would apprecciate.

Try to remove "gta_sa.set" file from My documents\GTA San Andreas User Files folder.

still not working, i reinstalled again, and not even offline mode works

you sure you removed gta_sa.set file?
perhaps there's some problem with your graphic drivers?

im im sure, not its not of the graphic drivers cus i can play other games.

In singleplayer I have all white and black. In multiplayer all black and I have crashes everytime I connect to some server
