Weapon pack 3 contains a SAMI file so it will install for you! I suggest installing pack 3 then going and looking what weapons you want over through the other 2.

I used the weapon pack #3 and it screwed up all my weapon properties for single player... And I felt some difference with the M4 in SA:MP...

With all mods, the look, feel and sound changes can effect your skill with them. For example with car mods, all of them change handling to some degree because of the new cars body height and length. With gun mods, they can cause lag which makes them appear to operate a little differently.

I heard that SA:MP ignores your modified cfg's and stuff, it loads the default ones. You can not use anything customized in SA:MP 0.3, except graphics. So it doesn't matter if you change settings or not.

when installing weapon mods (or any mods at all for that matter) it is suggested that you use IMGtool or similar instead of SAMI, i did it and it works perfectly.

SAMI changes weapon fire rate and other stuff, so do not use it.
Use IMG Tool, Spark or Alci's IMG Editor to replace .dff and .txd files for it.

Not true, car speeds do change also.

IMGTool weapon model/texture editing has absolutely no effect on gameplay at all.

Editing car models will change how they handle though, at least to some degree

Janar and Cutter, all my mods are SAMI jobs, and they havnt changed multiplayer gameplay, you need a certain file to change the sa-mp stuff, and i wont name that here.  but for what its worth, SA-MP doesnt load your custom stuff like that, unless you make a new hook yourself and add a certain file.

Its Better to Use alics IMG , Because you can just import them and you dont have to replace them 1 by 1
