The Don is the leader of the mafia, he is the one in charge, he has the most control when it comes to

accepting people, denie'ing people, kicking people, he controls the family, if there is anything going down it is up to him

to control it, he has to make sure his memebers do as said, and he has to look after family relationships, and plan missions

and tasks, and make italiano into a bigger empire, that will oneday take over Los Santos, San Fierro, and Las

Venturas

The Don's Adviser is basically the second owner, he has to control members, but mainly help the don

whenever it is needed, when ever the don gives him a task that the don himself cannot do, or is not able to do at the present

time, the dons adviser does it, the dons adviser usally works in and out the family, he goes through and checks word, and

see's what the current word on the street about Italiano is, he has to control members too, and punish them, and look after

Italiano's funds

The Underboss is basically the same as the dons adviser, how ever there can be many underboss(es),

the underboss has authority to accept, deny or ban people from Italiano, he has to be in interviews, and he has to do

training for his members, he controls alot of stuff, he has to help with family relations, and monitor everything happening

around Italiano, he plays a key roll in Italiano.

The Cheif Of Security is a leader, he isnt as important as such for interviews and meetings, but he

is BIG in the combat section, the Cheif Of Security has to equip all members with weapons, and supply funds FOR weapons, he

has to give the members personalised training about guns, and see what guns suit what members best, if there is something

going down, he has to get the members to work out a plan, get equipped, and get ready so they dont get there ass(es) kicked,

also, he has power to sentence members to do patrols eg. patrolling the parimeter of the Italiano headquarters if something

is going down, and if they see anyone, they kill them before they can get the word out, he has to give people weapons, if

they are going out, they need guns if they have heat, so if anyone comes near them, they have enough fire power to deffend

there self, he also can station members to do security on a drug deal, such as fast strong cars filled with heavily armed

members INFRONT and BEHIND the car that is being used for the deal, and equipping all members with guns, and also putting a

helicopter up to watch if any heat is coming, if anyone dosent listen to the Cheif Of Security he will recive a

warning.

The Financal Counselor is incharge of Italiano's funds, he has to decide wether they can aford to buy

things, and if they have enough funds for stuff, he has to control buying cars, houses, buisness(es) and he has to control

the profits buisness(es) make, he has to decide what Italiano can and cant to, he is a Leader with a quite important

role.

The Capo is basically a teacher, he teaches Italiano Trial Members the way of the mafia, he does

there training, and teaches them how to do stuff, he is the one they go to for there tests, tests such as mapping, shooting,

driving, roleplaying, he is who decides if the members is good enought to be accepted into Italiano, he also has to hook the

members up with drugs and guns etc, so they can make a profit for Italiano.

The Lieutenant is kind of a leader, he is still in the Mobster divison, however he gets to take part

in some things Mobsters dont get to take part in, he has to take part in Meetings about inportant information for Italiano,

and he has to give advice, and help Italiano trial members with there training, he has to tell them ways to pass there

training easier, and help them through the steps, he plays a major role, he could be classified the Leader of the Mobsters,

There can only be 1 Lieutenant tho...

The Veteran Mobsters are the High Mobsters, they are the top-notch Mobster, with plenty of training,

they know everything about the job, and how to do it, they have important roles, for example, if they see something they like

/ want, wether its a House, Buisness, Car, Pussy, anything, they can blackmail the owner to give it to them, they use

scare-tactics, they make threats, and do anything to get to where they want, and avoid paying a cost for it, but if they have

to, they are not scared, they will even kill if that is the cost, they show no fear, and have none

either...

Street Mobsters are Quite important, they are only fairly new to Italiano, but they still have a fair

bit of training, and have picked up some respect, they are starting to move up the ranks, and are quite top quality members,

usefull to Italiano, they are good for drug deals, hook-ups, shootouts, and driving, they are well good members to

Italiano.

They just finished their trial training in Italiano and have proved that they are worth of

being an active part of Italiano.They are doing small jobs to gain experience, like protecting higher ranks, driving,

guarding and drug dealing, they still have alot to go tho, and lots to learn, they have showen that they can pass there trial

training, but there is still a long hard road left for them.

Trial Mobsters are new members to Italiano, they have obviously not been in Italiano long, and they

are on a prove-your-self period, they have to undergo training, and show that they are worthy to be part of Italiano, if they

can pass this training, they surley will be ready for anything, Whoever will not do his job as described above will be

demoted or even kicked from Italiano

and...

Any member who can not afford a Car, or does not have and assets such as a House Or Buisness will get

the chance to own one, Italiano will pay for the Buisness / Car / House, under a contract with strict rules, if it is a Car,

it is to be Painted our selected colour (Italiano Green, ask in-game for colour id), and it is to be spawned at our Desired

Destination, If it is a Buisness, we get to choose what you name it, and you give the Profits to Italiano, if it is a House,

you name it as we choose, we choose its name, the reason we do this is because we want to have lots of assets, and you to

have your chance to own your own assets, so we are big, and people know, we are taking over Los Santos, bit by bit... , if
