The site does not actually tell you how much your site is worth, it evaluates potentional, were you can sell, buy , w.e
It makes estimates.
Of-course, if there was dedicated people web-mastering some sites, you could get there, but thats not so common.
For example, Wikipedia is a no profit / purly free / no charge site, but still, this site might say its worth $100000000000000 ... If we saw a load of adverts, probably yes, but not if there is no adverts to begin with / or if Google or Microsoft / yahoo doesn't own it...
The system focuses on hits you receive. Thanks to search engine bots, anyone with the correct stuff could have lots of hits, so, its not reliable...
Internet site valuing sites are a case of were Humans > computer.
