..prolly not, us who make money and tune a car for RP reasons will still be able to be shot down and blown up. You gotta think that to save a tuned car for respawn, the server has to save your rims, nitrous, and all the mods. Then apply it when it explodes every time. The only thing i wouldnt like about this is that EVERYONE would have like totaly custom cars, with 10X nitrous and stuff. But it would be amaizing, you could see someones personality by their car

Well, not everyone has totally pimped out cars since there are only 2 modshops in GTA SA that apply major changes or give paint jobs; Wheel Arch Angels and Loco Low Co. Most of the vehiles are modded in Transfender and do not apply major changes to the vehicle, just rims, vents, hoods, exausts, etc. So yes, most people will modify there car, but the people who don't have the money for it or don't need or want it won't, so if you buy 3 Elegants for a proffesional security company and you want them to look plain, you won't go over to Transfender to apply rims on them, for an example that is. And yes, everyone can show their personality and they can compete in car shows without needing to go ALL teh way to the freaking mod shop and then get their car blown uo half the way... I guess that is really annoying. I think it would be a great addment if car modifications were saved.
