Instead of creating a topic for the sole purpose of posting useless crap inside it, why don't people just stop creating topics for said useless crap?

Don't get me wrong, your idea to decrease the amount of useless topics is with good intention, but it shouldn't be needed, as we have topics that should cover anything you need to post.
