As for server leadership, people who make dissisions, imagine it like a consorcium of several people, consorcium consists of menagers,scripters,meaders and owners

We have been discussing some tasks which were not yet present within the community, and decided that Frank could be the right person to fit these tasks.
The future will show if this is a correct decision, but at the time we believe that he will display the skills and qualities for these tasks.

By this, do you mean players can contribute without the players having to spend money?

Creating a line of merchandising products to both support the community and create a stronger bond.

Can you explain your ideas more detailed? What kind of merchandising products?

Great Decision by the Owners, those two person can make it well I believe.. Each of them has something special, which I guess led for you to choose them!
Frank has amazing skills in-game, indeed.. he gets many players to trust him, as well as he does know good how to keep order on his own group! ( He won't longer need to /report the people who do not listen to him :P )

For Xcasio, Awesome guy and good to solve the technical problems as always! Problems? Call Gimli! Hahaha..
