North Korea is a communist country.... On the other side  South Korea is a capitalist state.  And from what i heard, the match Brazil vs North Korea wasn't at TV because of the communist regime. They only give the match at TV when the national team wins a game.... and that happens also after 2-3 days from the match.

Well i dont know if they hired Chinese ppl to act as suporters.... from what i heard, the Chinese suporters are comming to NK match on they're own... nobody is paying them to act as NK fans.... But yes, NK dosent have any fans at World Cup.... ( fans from they're own country )
