In SA:MP you can have 24 characters. Unless in Server updates R7 this has been reduced, not sure.

We have found the problem, however the only person who can fix it is Gandalf, so we will have to wait for him.

The same thing happened on Paruni before few days, I already contacted Gandalf regarding this problem, however it isn't fixed yet...

So we will have to wait patiently...  :)
