couldn't see in the topic that you got your answer, but to save with a transparent background, you need to have transparent background from the beginning, and when you are saving the file, you need to save it either in .png or .gif, if you save it in .jpg, then you only get a white background

the n' is and, and shit which refers to stuff, which refers to other things not art, like questions that I need answering, refer to the questions in the topic.
