I need help in building a web based radio station.

Hello, i am trying to get a web radio station.
If anybody knows how i can do this, please PM me.
If you got some info that can help me, please PM me.

I am trying to put it on my free website: www.ParaSnor.nl.tt

You need to know a lot already and it's pretty difficult. Ask yourself:
1) Do I really need a radio station?
2) Am I able to run a 24/7 service?
3) Am I a good enough DJ to start my own station?
4) Will anyone bother listening to it when there are 1000s of other stations on the net?
5) What is the point when I can be a DJ on Argonath with an average of 8 listeners each time a DJ is on.
