If i were major, i would give everyone $100,000,00. This way everyone is rich, no more poor peoples appearing in my house (city hall) and begging for money. Once your money is gone, its gone. When my fellow argonathians purchase anything with the money given, $50 %  of its going to government.

If you give everyone much money, money is not a lot worth at the end.
Prices for everything will increase very fast and in a very fast time, he half of people lost their money already.
