People stay in the wanted list when they die.

Example: I was wanted. Then I drowned. When I respawned I was still on the wanted list.

two problems
One... When your on the phone and u do /c hangup it says you have hang up with the person but they can still talk to you but i can't talk to them...`

and i have a problem when ever i enter downtown i time out so fast...even when i spactate or even spawn ...

This doesn't look like scripts' fault, considering nobody had such problems at the Oscar party, only you were crashing.

Like I said, this usually happens when a .dff/.txd file is broken. You need to reinstall Vice City. That's your best bet.
